About our Guest Speaker: Betz Mayer serves as Deputy Director of Incentive Programs at Catalyst Mobility, where she focuses on developing and launching voucher incentive programs to accelerate the adoption of zero-emission technology. She led the design and launch of the Washington Zero-emission Incentive Program (WAZIP), a $112 million point-of-sale voucher program that helps businesses and fleet operators in Washington State purchase zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicles and off-road equipment.
Based in Seattle, WA, Betz brings a robust understanding of the multi-modal Pacific Northwest transportation landscape to her work at Catalyst Mobility. She supports drayage decarbonization pilot projects with the Northwest Seaport Alliance and is a member of the NWSA Puget Sound Zero Emission Truck Collaborative. Drawing on deep regional expertise, she continues to advance clean transportation solutions across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
